Hiring: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

● Outreach: communicating with clients in a professional manner to maintain excellent relationships

● Planning: Implementing and improving our existing comprehensive demand generation plan to support sales in meeting revenue targets.

● Market and Target Audience Analysis: Working with other team members, conducting research to understand global and regional market trends, competitor activities, and target customer personas and segments, to inform and adapt marketing strategies, and to understand the effective marketing channels and the associated buying processes.

● Leading Campaigns: Developing, deploying, managing and optimizing lead generation and pipeline-building campaigns across multiple offline and online channels, working in close collaboration with the content and storytelling leads.

● Collaborating: Working closely with the content and storytelling team to identify assets to support campaigns, and identify SEO goals. Working closely with sales team to understand customers and customer needs, as well as resellers and their needs.

● Optimization: Continuously analyzing data to refine campaigns and improve performance and conversion, tracking ROI

● Budget Tracking: Allocating and tracking your use of demand generation budget, providing periodic updates to stakeholders.

● Participating: Attending team meetings, sharing insights and learnings.

Qualifications:

● Degree, with applicable training in marketing and sales.

● At least three years’ demonstrated responsibility for generating demand for premium, high- value products, with demonstrated results over $5 million in revenues per year.

● An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

● Demonstrated knowledge of demand generation best practices, and understanding of consumer marketing.

● Demonstrated experience working in sales/reservations, or alongside sales teams.

● Detail oriented and solution oriented – proven project management skills, and able to manage multiple priorities at a time.

● Excellent copywriting and editing skills; proficient visual communication skills.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WordPress, CRM, PPC/social media management tools.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with real targets to meet by deadlines

● Ability to be self-motivated and enthusiastic for making campaigns, holding responsibility for the results, and getting what you need from contributors.
